I hope that everyone is enjoying their summer. This is such an important time for students to learn outside the walls of the classroom. It is also a time of rest and recharge. Although we don’t want to think that the new school year is right around the corner, the 2019-20 school year is coming up fast! SCSD1 staff are working hard to prepare ourselves for the best year yet.

We are now enrolling for the 2019-20 school year. Scott County School District 1 has a blended approach in 21st century learning. We feel that a well-balanced digital and face-to-face instruction is key to having successful students in K-12. Many of our students have been able to take advantage of our dual credit classes, which allow them to graduate high school with college credits. Our students are able to leave us being a step above the rest.

SCSD1 looks forward to the challenge of educating our students, so that they can meet the standards that will enable them to be successful in any career path they choose to pursue.
